Scrapbooking Storage Woes
I have a lot of scrapbook supplies and tools
but just can't get organized. I have years
of pictures that I need to sort. Can you give
me some ideas that will help?
-Amy
Dear Amy,
Yours is a question we get on a regular basis. There are actually a number
of different ways to "get organized". When it comes to photos I
really like to use the photo organizer by Cropper Hopper. I have a different
box for each year and with in I have sorted events by month or specific event
depending on how detailed I feel I need to be for future scrapping. I use
the note cards that come with the storage box and make notes, like who was
there, where we were or when things happened.
For your tools and other supplies I guess
that depends whether you have space at home
to set up a work shop or if you need to keep
everything packed and ready to go to your favorite
crop location.
I chose the Store In Style for my stationary
storage. This is a storage system by Crop In
Style. My set is at the Store and you are more
than welcome to stop in and check it out at
any time.
For portability, I would suggest a combination
of the Art Bin Satchel and EK Success's Scutto
Bag.
If you would like more options or another
opinion, I would suggest you look into SDU
(Scrapbook Design and You) Scrapbook Basics
and Tools of the Trade. These courses are part
of a 10 session series that provide you with
tons on information. For more information visit
